Terms of Use
Last updated: July 12, 2026 · Version 1.0
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using RobinPad (the "Platform"), whether by browsing, connecting a wallet, launching a token, trading, or interacting with any smart contract linked from this interface, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
RobinPad is a decentralized application interface deployed on Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663 mainnet, 46662 testnet). These Terms govern your use of the frontend interface only. The underlying smart contracts (RobinPadFactory, LPLocker, FeeRouter, and individual token contracts) operate autonomously on-chain and execute exactly as coded, regardless of the status of this frontend.
2. Definitions
"Platform" refers to the RobinPad frontend interface and any associated subdomains. "Smart Contracts" refers to the on-chain programs accessible via the Platform. "Token" refers to any ERC-20 digital asset launched via the Platform. "Creator" refers to the wallet that calls createToken(). "LP" refers to the liquidity position in a Uniswap V3 pool. "Graduation" refers to the market-cap milestone of $69,000 USD, which is a UI indicator only and has no on-chain effect.
3. No financial advice
Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. No content here — including token descriptions, price displays, charts, holder data, volume metrics, or creator statements — is a recommendation, solicitation, or endorsement to buy, sell, or hold any token or digital asset.
All tokens launched on RobinPad are extremely volatile, highly speculative, and may lose 100% of their value without notice. You must perform your own independent research, consult licensed professionals where appropriate, and only interact with tokens using funds you can afford to lose entirely.
Statements made by token creators, chat participants, or community members — whether on-platform or off-platform — are their own opinions and are not verified, endorsed, or warranted by RobinPad.
4. Risk disclosure
Decentralized finance and blockchain technology carry substantial and varied risks, including but not limited to: total and irreversible loss of capital; smart contract exploits, bugs, or vulnerabilities; oracle manipulation or failure; network congestion or outages; frontend downtime or compromise; sequencer centralization risks; regulatory action or enforcement; market manipulation; and phishing or social engineering attacks.
Tokens launched by third parties may be fraudulent, misrepresented, or otherwise malicious. While RobinPad employs moderation systems (see Section 7), it cannot guarantee the legitimacy, safety, or future value of any token. You interact with all tokens at your sole risk.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or modified by RobinPad or any other party. You are solely responsible for verifying transaction details before signing.
5. Eligibility & jurisdiction
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You must not be located in, incorporated in, or a resident of any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive economic sanctions by the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the United Nations. You must not appear on any sanctions list, restricted-party list, or equivalent.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including those governing securities, commodities, derivatives, anti-money-laundering (AML), know-your-customer (KYC), and tax reporting.
6. No warranties
The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
RobinPad does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform relies on third-party infrastructure (RPC providers, Blockscout, Uniswap V3, IPFS) that may experience outages, data errors, or delays outside RobinPad's control.
Smart contract functionality is provided as-is. While contracts are intended to be audited before mainnet deployment (see Whitepaper §10), no audit can guarantee the absence of all vulnerabilities.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither RobinPad nor its contributors, developers, affiliates, or licensors shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Platform.
In no event shall RobinPad's aggregate liability exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to RobinPad in the preceding twelve (12) months, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are immutable and irreversible, and that RobinPad cannot recover, reverse, or compensate for funds lost to scams, exploits, user error, or market activity.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RobinPad and its contributors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of or conduct on the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or (d) any token you launch or promote via the Platform.
9. Moderation & token listings
RobinPad reserves the right, but assumes no obligation, to flag, hide, delist, or otherwise moderate tokens that violate community guidelines, contain prohibited content, or are reasonably suspected of fraud, impersonation, or illegal activity.
A "verified" badge indicates that a token's contract has been verified on the Blockscout explorer. It does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of the token's quality, safety, investment merit, or future performance.
Image and metadata uploads are subject to a moderation pipeline before publication. Prohibited content includes illegal material, malware, impersonation of other projects, and content that infringes intellectual property rights.
RobinPad is not responsible for the content of token descriptions, social links, or community messages associated with tokens launched on the Platform.
10. Intellectual property
The Platform's source code, design, branding, and documentation are owned by RobinPad. Token logos, names, and metadata are owned by their respective creators. RobinPad displays third-party content (including logos from Blockscout and CoinGecko) for informational purposes under fair use and makes no claim of ownership over such content.
11. Privacy
RobinPad is a non-custodial, decentralized interface. It does not collect, store, or process personally identifiable information. Wallet addresses and on-chain transaction data are public by nature of the blockchain. The Platform does not require account creation, email, or identity verification.
12. Changes to terms
RobinPad may update or modify these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date below. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, with the venue determined by the governing jurisdiction, except where prohibited by law.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Contact
For legal, security, or business inquiries, contact the RobinPad team via the official community channels linked in the platform footer. For responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities, see the bug bounty program described in the Whitepaper (§10.3).
By using RobinPad, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
RobinPad is an independent, community-driven project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Robinhood Markets, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries. "Robinhood Chain" refers to the Ethereum Layer-2 blockchain network. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and RobinPad.
